“Nwaanyi onye kwesiri ito onuno ya” This piece is first dedicated to my mum, whose presence to me is always worthy of praise. People of a bigger size are often on the recieving end of prejudice for being content with their body, pressured to change themselves to fit a made-up ideal. Something as trivial as one's physical features becomes crucial to how we are perceived and how we navigate an increasingly demanding society. This piece calls for a change in the narrative, and a celebration of the ones who find beauty in everything that makes us human.
